Spacious apartment near downtown

I stayed in this apartment for a few months while working in the area. As a single woman, safety is my biggest priority and this was a very safe quiet neighborhood. Felt totally comfortable coming home late at night, parking my car, ordering packages, etc. There's restaurants and nice walking trails just a few minutes away by foot. The building is older, but the apartment is clean, spacious, and everything was in working order. The only real negative was that there's a set of stairs behind the bedroom and it tends to echo so sometimes you can hear people coming and going up the stairs pretty loudly late at night. There's a newer washer/dryer and the AC units kept the place very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. There's easy off street parking behind the building. Judy was easily accessible by text and responsive to any issues. My security deposit was returned promptly. I enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to rent this property again in the future.
