The house comfortably fits 8! It's a special space that we have curated for short-term rental guests, however during certain parts of the year we would rather have mid-term renters enjoy the amenities. We have so much to keep you entertained from a pool (with a child safety fence installed), a large putting green, a pool table, Samsung Smart TVs throuhgout the house, and a fully stocked kitchen.

The house is in the heart of central Scottsdale, just a few minutes from the coveted Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter area. The house is nestled down the street from a school and large park, between two of the Scottsdale/Phoenix areas' biggest cross streets in Thunderbird Rd and Greenway Rd.
