Carriage House

What an amazing place to stay for my time working in the tri-cities. Quiet location. Great outdoor space for relaxing. The host Josh and his family were amazing. Welcoming and friendly. This place has everything I needed for my time here. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Absolutely amazing

This place is a true home away from home. As you can see in the pictures this place is leaps and bounds nicer than most everything else that is available. No details have been overlooked and it has everything you need. Josh was great to work with. He is very professional yet makes you feel like a friend at the same time. I dont have the words to describe how great this place is, but it is truly amazing. I hope you have an opportunity to experience it.

A Magical sacred space

The Carriage house is a fabulous place to stay. I stayed there for 30 days while in town for work. It is a little hideout in the hills of Kennewick. You can hangout in the serene back yard and listen to the morning doves sing or walk right out the door and take a walk along the horse trails in the area. I drive a EV and I was able to plug in my SUV every night after work. Such a relief not having to go find a charging station. The inside of the carriage house is stunning with new appliances and a beautiful kitchen. The host went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed including my EV charger and a safe place to park my vehicle off the street. I had friends over for dinner and they all loved the place and felt comfortable parking their cars on the driveway as well. This is it, this is the place to stay when in town. Namaste Flower

Home away from Home

My wish was to find a comfortable setting for a 3-4 month stay. Furnished/Util pd. along with W/D. This was perfect for me. The studio was quiet, comfortable, clean. Josh and Amanda allowed me to bring my own linens and extras for my surgery. For the time I stayed this was my home. The family made me feel comfortable and welcome at all times. Daisy and Roxy (the dog and cat) were always available for treats and scratches and just to hang out. The kids were always polite and frequently would offer to help assist with groceries or help if I needed it. (I am elderly so that was nice). My stay ended up extending till Dec 2024. Price and Deposit arrangements were negotiated accordingly. I received my deposit timely upon move-out. If back in the area I would definitely rent again.

Ok unit, but bad ending.

Property was ok, unfortunately had a negative exiting experience. I had a situation were I had to leave earlier than anticipated. I gave Josh a 14 day notice prior to leaving. I paid a full months rent and requested a prorated refund since I left in the middle of the month. Josh refused to refund me, only returning my security deposit. He also charged me for 10 days prior to the start date of my enterance into the unit. In total I payed over 1500 dollars to Josh, between the time I left and the days he charged me before my contract started with my hospital. Wish I didnt have to leave this review, but just wanted everyone else to be aware as this was just utterly unreasonable behavior considering I had not been a problematic tenant.
