Excellent stay

I was one of four medical students to stay here for 6 months while rotating at a nearby hospital. Tosin is an excellent landlord-- quite possibly one of the best we have had! He is very quick to respond to any maintenance requests and goes above and beyond for his tenants. In the backyard, there is a pomegranate and lemon tree (amongst other fruit trees) that bear the most delicious fruit!!! I made so many lemon bars because those lemons are the best I've ever had. The kitchen is awesome to use. Of note, at the time of our stay, his cousin lives in the ADU in the back, but he is so respectful, kind, and a happy personality to encounter. He is also extremely helpful in maintaining the property. We had an excellent stay here - close in proximity to Kaiser San Jose, Kaiser Santa Clara, and the mall! Plenty of restaurants and cafes around as well.

3 Months I'll Never Forget

Had an internship in Cupertino summer 2025 and found this place with 2 of my buddies. Tosin was very accommodating and understanding. Made many memories in this beautiful home in San Jose. If I had the opportunity, I'd do it all again. 5 Stars
