Beautiful studio in a beautiful quiet neighborhood!

This studio was an absolute dream for my 4 month stay in San Diego. I stayed here during my final clinical rotation and needed a quiet, comfortable place where I could focus on studying for my board exams while still being close to restaurants, coffee shops, and places to explore. It ended up being the perfect balance. The space had everything I needed, and I loved being able to study on the patio whenever I needed a change of scenery. There are also so many great coffee shops nearby within walking or short driving distance. Lynn and Charles were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay. They checked in occasionally to make sure everything was going well and that I had everything I needed, which made the experience feel even more personal and comfortable. The location is amazing. Right in the middle of San Diego and convenient to everything. By the end of my stay, it truly felt like home. I honestly wish I could have stayed longer!

Treehouse vibe with huge ceilings and craftsman decor

This was by far my favorite stay with furnished finders rentals. Lynn and Charles are wonderful and were both available whenever I needed something for the months I stayed and also gave me the space that really made their studio feel like home. I highly recommend this place as it is in a quiet and neighborly part of San Diego, yet still central to all that the city has to offer. 5 stars for sure :)

Sunny, spacious studio in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Great location, freeway-close but with no noise, traffic and lots of greenery! Landlords are attentive, helpful and respectful. Extra tall ceilings and designer upgrades make the space feel comfortable and more expansive than a regular studio. New air conditioning and ceiling fans cool off the above-the-garage ADU. I enjoyed the 18 months I lived there. I hope you will too. 5* rating!
