The unit is completely walled off with its own private entrance and private yard. 2 rooms 1 bathroom. Queen size bed. There is a pullout couch bed as well in the "sitting room". .

Woodland Hills Home
Recently rented from 08/25-01/15/2026. The landlords are very welcoming and accommodating. I was able to stay with my dog and had a fenced yard to run around in, which was a plus. The place is quiet with a great view. Neighborhood is safe and good for dog walking. Close to 101 highway and close to stores.

We rented this place for about 3months. The landlords are very welcoming and accommodating to everything that you need. The place is peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Neighborhood is also safe and grocery is just walking distance.
