The apartment is clean and very comfortable. The bedroom has new carpeting while the floors throughout the rest of the apartment has a laminate wood appearance . The apartment also has a nice clean yard with a new wood picket fencing in the rear and three exit doors on the first floor. There is also a two seated swing on the front porch which is 5 steps from the sidewalk.

Travel contract housing
I stayed at this location during my first travel contract, and it was absolutely wonderful. The house was conveniently located for my work, shopping, and recreational needs. Everyone in the area is kind and welcoming, especially the landlord who is always available and willing to help with any needs or suggestions on what to do in the city, I would recommend this location for anyone and everyone to stay!

I was living at this location for 2 months. Great landlord! Very hospitable. Willing to help you with any information you might need. Good location... park close by, the hospital is minutes away, and close to downtown New Bedford.
