MARYS QUIET BEACH RETREAT... Normally rents...

Tenant 5/26-7/26

It is a house converted to a duplex. Owner lives downstairs. Upstairs and downstairs is supposed to be separated by a locked door. I work late every single day. The one day I came home early, I found the landlord inside my unit. She was "mending" a duvet cover. She put in writing when I began living there that she would never enter unit unless I gave written permission. I was taken aback by this obviously... she makes it appear that she follows all rules and laws of it actually being my private unit. However, it seems she thinks she can enter it without asking. If you plan on staying here, understand that you may not have complete privacy. I give it 2 stars because the unit is good for the price.
