Everything I needed and more!!

Nya has been an excellent host! Her place is clean, quiet and private. This is everything I was looking for while searching for an accommodation. I love the fact that I have my own entrance, and I don't have to share a kitchen or bathroom with anyone. I have a supermarket less than a block away, and I'm less than 10 mins away from a major shopping center. Whenever I'm in town for work i will definitely book this place again.

Great Place! Great Host!

This apartment is quiet, comfortable and very nicely appointed. The host has put a good deal of work into making this a great home away from home. Over the course of my stay, I did have a couple of small issues, but they were dealt with immediately. Shared laundry room has great washer and dryer. Very close to Great Point Studios in Yonkers, so this place great for film workers. Nice mall with a theater and a Whole Foods is only 10-minutes away. Having a garage is a huge bonus! I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and quiet. It's a perfect place to come back at the end of my shift as a contract healthcare worker. Nya was very accommodating and responsive! I definitely will book again!

Nice apartment but not the best stay

e apartment was nice but I had a few issues with the renter Nya. Nya came across very controlling, inconsiderate, and rude. I have rented on furnished finders before and had no issues but this time I found the owner to be too much. For one I work overnight and so after a long shift Im exhausted and there were a couple of occasions where I dont feel Nya took that into consideration. A few times I had gotten locked out because the lock code was not working. One of those times was at 3 am. I could not get a hold of Nya until many hours later into the morning. This left me locked out in Yonkers in the middle of the night. Another issue was when Nya would have maintenance workers right outside the door of the apartment making a bunch of noise. I work long overnight shifts so its important that I get sleep and this made it very difficult. There was also one time I had literally just laid down to rest before my shift and she actually came into the apartment with the maintenance worker after reassuring me that she wouldnt have to. I was in my pajamas and had to wait in my car for them to finish. I got no sleep before my shift. Also there was a time I could hear from inside the apartment her arguing with the maintenance workers. There was another instance where I was having difficulty sleeping and so I stepped out to get some fresh air and when I opened the door to come in I saw Nya downstairs lurking in the door way and it was definitely alarming and very uncomfortable. There were a few occasions where she was rude. Nya hounded me for rent once trying to say that I was late on rent when it was not due in days. I had to screenshot the lease and send it to her. At the very end of my stay Nya was extremely rude. I was trying to leave and I had a load of laundry that was finishing up in the dryer. It was taking a while to dry because her dryer is not the strongest and it takes a very long time to dry my clothes. I was just finishing up and I had already let Nya know I would be headed out at about 8 pm because there was a family medical emergency. A family member of mine was in the ICU. I had to wait to get the key to my house. She said okay but then 4 minutes past 8 pm she is giving me so much attitude because I was still there. So I left right away. This was the most unprofessional and unwelcome experience.

Wonderful Host, Great location

Clean, quiet, and way better than a hotel. I will be booking again the next time we visit.
