3 bedrooms, upstairs with a separate studio suite downstairs. The view across the neighborhood and some of the lake is mesmerizing with the sunrise in the east and the clouds as they roll along the valley. All the amenities are provided as well as a peaceful environment to work, relax, and recharge. Surrounded by nature, but only 15 minutes to town. The community has 2 restaurants and a well-stocked market plus a deli.

All utilities are included with on-site parking. This is my personal summer home; updated in 2021. Gas fireplace, baseboard heat, peaceful views across the lake to the mountains. The downstairs is not included in the rental. This is actually a 3-bedroom home, but I prefer to rent to a maximum of 2 adults.
