I was lucky enough to live in this house for 3 months with 2 other interns over the summer, and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The house is fully furnished and already has all of the items you will need. The price was incredibly fair, especially considering that utilities were included. The house has been updated since the listing photos were taken, including new outdoor furniture and a great couch and table in the sunroom. It is very spacious and has more than enough seating and furniture to comfortably host larger groups of people. We all agreed that Laddi and Jay are some of the kindest and most thoughtful people we have ever met. They genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay, and they played a huge part in making our summer as special as it was. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take advantage of it! It truly felt like home for the summer, and we could not recommend both the house and Laddi and Jay more highly.

Every room was warm and inviting, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the outdoor space gave us a peaceful retreat to enjoy Southern Californias beautiful weather. It genuinely felt like home. What made our stay even more special were the owners. They are some of the kindest, most lovely people weve ever met. Always responsive, respectful of our privacy, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. They treated us not just as guests, but like friends or extended family.
