Exceptional Stay in Spanaway

I had an outstanding experience renting from Jim & Judi while working in Spanaway. From start to finish, their communication was exceptional—clear, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable and seamless as possible. The home was beautifully maintained and equipped with every modern convenience you could imagine, making it feel like a home away from home. One of the standout features was the stunning lake views and the abundance of local wildlife, which made the property feel unique and incredibly relaxing. It’s a peaceful setting that’s hard to beat. The neighborhood itself is quiet and well-kept. I appreciated having plenty of parks, shopping, and amenities just a short drive away. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed, and ideally located place to stay. Jim & Judi are fantastic hosts, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Beyond Expectations!

We have nothing but good things to say about Jim and Judi's beautiful Lake House and their friendly management style as landlords. The house is right on the Spanaway Lake offering abundant wildlife to view and an upfront seat to ducks, Canadian geese, bald eagles and river otters, all close up and personal. The house has everything for a great luxury stay, including a nice jacuzzi, peddle boat and kayak that we enjoyed. Great photography opportunities and a quiet safe neighborhood. My wife and I as professionals, give this vacation rental our highest recommendation. Thanks for the memories. We would love to come back.
