HIGHLY recommended

I absolutely loved my 4-month stay at this property! It's stunning, spacious, and perfect for hosting friends, family, and kids - an ideal vacation rental. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance, and the beds are so comfortable. The location was great - close to restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, and the beach. I could walk to the grocery store in 10 minutes or drive in 2!As a woman staying alone, I felt very safe. The townhouse community was friendly, with plenty of free street parking for visitors. Chris, the landlord, was amazing - always responsive within an hour. For example, I asked about a mop, and he had one delivered the next day! My cat also stayed and loved the big windows and exploring outdoors. I even met my best friend on day two of my stay! If you're planning a trip to SoCal or need an extended work stay, I highly recommend. I will be back
