Remodeled 3/2 House with Garage, Laundry in a quiet San Jose, CA neighborhood

Perfect fit

I moved into this home with two roommates in July 2025 around the start of a year long internship for a local sports team that me and all my roommates were a part of. Willow Glen is a beautiful and safe neighborhood where my roommates and I would frequently walk around and also make our way to downtown, which is less than a mile away and is full of shops and restaurants. We sincerely enjoyed our time in the house as everything was spotless when we moved in and in great condition. The furniture in the home suited all of our needs and provided a cozy space for us to decompress. Natalie is an attentive and highly-communicative host, we felt like we were at home! Having a comfortable and cozy place to live helped us make the most of our experience in the Bay Area.

A Home Away From Home

The home is located in a charming Willow Glen neighborhood. The neighborhood is ideal as it is quiet in the day as it is at night, friendly neighbors, with chirping birds flying by. We stayed in this newly renovated home for 10 months. The appliances are new, the solar tubes along with recessed lights brighten the spaces, the air conditioner set to a cool temperature, the heater is warm in the Winter, and every bedroom has its own ceiling fan, TV, and just the perfect touch of amenities. All the bedrooms have good natural lighting, comfortable beds, cozy blankets and of course, decent closet space. The furniture matches, functional, with plenty of storage. New laundry machines are in the home. We miss the showers the most as the shower heads have the perfect pressure. The parking is tandem and easily tucked back behind the gates for safety and privacy. Downtown Willow Glen is nearby. We had many family excursions to weeknight dinners at Black Sheep and Aqui, weekend brunches at The Table and Stacks, and activities at Petroglyph. The neighborhood has beautiful trees, good walking paths, safe sidewalks, and local parks. Our dog loved the doggie afternoon meetup at Wilcox Park. Willow Glen is known for fantastic Halloween decorations and Christmas lights. Many neighbors participate in the community. A home away from home. Alas our home has been remodeled, otherwise, we would stay forever. Thank you Natalie for giving us the opportunity to live here.
