Outstanding apartment

I have been a traveling RN for almost 4 years & have lived in many places. This is by far the best! Everything is nearly brand new & in excellent working condition. The kitchen has everything I need from a dishwasher, garbage disposal, plenty of counter space, sharp knives, wine opener and ice cream scoop! There are neighbors upstairs, but I rarely hear them. One wall is almost all windows with a great view. The doors fit snug, the windows coverings open & close all the way and the heater/air conditioner works perfectly. On the few occasions I've had to contact the owner for repairs, he takes care of things quickly. Only downsides are 1) neighbor's dog likes to bark, 2) windows face west so sometimes the sunset is intense, 3) access to the apartment is about 30 steps from street level, 4) it is a studio, so it is tight for >1 person and 5) I think a recliner would be an excellent addition.
