We are traveling RNs & booked based off pictures and description. Theres no AC or fan on the 2nd floor. The doors are falling apart. The unit is not secure. Bedroom and bathroom doors do not lock. The unit was not cleaned. There was pet urine and hair on rugs, couches, beds and chairs. Grime and dirt caked on the walls, counters, decorations, toilet, sink, everywhere. Old, moldy food was found in kitchen drawers, on utensils and even in the washing machine! The property manager sent cleaners & new linens, but the house continued to smell like urine and felt unsanitary especially the couch, bed & kitchen. We asked for a rent adjustment or financial compensation and they refused. Even after cleaning the unit smelled of urine. The property manager felt it was better for us to find another place than to quickly resolve these issues or provide a rental adjustment. So we found a new place and moved out after two days. They kept our deposit and pet fee.

Great house

This house was perfect. All the modern conveniences. The bed is very comfortable. The house is clean. I loved the private backyard. My cats and dog were safe and they could move about without getting out. The landlord was always available and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Every store or restaurant is within minutes. I loved being close to the James River park and especially Forest Hill Park. I highly recommend this property
