Comfortable room in a Quiet neighborhood

The house was clean and allowed cats. It was convenient that the rented room had a bathroom, with access to the shared kitchen and in-house laundry. The live-in landlord/property manager was responsive and tried his best to address issues when they came up. The neighborhood was quiet and family-oriented. A car is recommended, as everyday essentials are a short drive down the hill.

Great quiet, safe, and private space

As a traveling healthcare professional for several years, I can attest that my time renting a room from Terri was an experience any traveling professional would desire. Parking my vehicle was consistently convenient and secure, with spaces always available near the entrance. While I did not rely on it daily, the proximity of public transportation was a notable benefit, offering easy access to various locations. The atmosphere was quiet, I felt completely safe, and the gentleman managing the property was a gracious host who offered welcome conversation. I highly recommend this rental to all travelers, including couples. I loved having access to a pool and hot tub as well as an amazing park with both paved and off the trail walking park.
