Cute apartment!

Danielle was a wonderful landlord to rent from! Always quick to respond and tend to the apartment when needed. I liked the layout of the apartment - it is "Miami style" meaning the entrance is directly from the outside, which was very convenient for taking my dogs out. The living room/kitchen is upstairs and the bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, which was nice for decreasing noise from neighbors. The apartment was well stocked and clean. I am only giving this 4 stars due to the noise from neighboring units! The building is older and thus the walls are thin. I also felt safe in the neighborhood. the parking lot is well lit and there are security cameras.

1 Bed Unit

The unit was spacious, well furnished, and even decorated. Move-in went extremely smoothly and the unit was clean and ready to settle into. Danielle was easy to communicate with and was always quick to reply. The apartment was very safe and the private parking lot was a plus. The commute to WellSpan is an easy drive too.

Great Apartment!

I had such a great experience at this apartment! It was very clean and had everything you would need. Danielle was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. As a first-time user of Furnished Finder, she made the process very simple and efficient. The location was very safe and near many grocery stores and the downtown area. I also highly recommend this apartment for any traveling healthcare workers. I worked at Wellspan York hospital the month that I was staying there and it was close but also a healthy distance away from the hospital. It was nice to come home to a quiet and comforting apartment after a long shift at work!

Great apartment and landlord

My wife and I recently stayed here for 2 months while on a travel nursing contract and it was great. Danielle was very communicative and it was well furnished. Highly recommend it.

Quaint, Quiet, and Safe

These apartments are well furnished and well cared for by the owners. Danielle is very easy to get ahold of and communicate with, and all maintenance request are taken care of ASAP. The building itself is fairly quiet, has off street parking, and very secure with lots of cameras.

Great experience renting this property. Danielle is very attentive and easy to communicate with. The room was quiet, very clean, and quite comfortable. The surrounding area is safe and easy to navigate. Really felt at home here and would recommend it to anyone.
