Interim travel professional and it's an A+

As a travel nurse I've rented plenty of places, but this one is well above average. The property manager is responsive, I'm close to the two major hospitals in the area I've been working in, and the space inside is beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend if you're going to be near UH main campus or Cleveland Clinic main campus. Takes me only 10 mins or less one way for either one by car.

This is the best place to stay as a medical resident.

My parents and I stayed in this wonderful, beautiful, and cute third-floor condo during my residency year. From the furniture to the bedroom design, everything was absolutely perfect. Its conveniently located near the Cleveland Clinic and Coventry Village, making it easy for my parents and me to explore the area. Every day, my parents would take a stroll up to Coventry Village. Dr. Kendra is an exceptional host! Shes a formidable woman who goes above and beyond to ensure our comfort. If I return to Cleveland after this year of residency, Ill definitely rent the place again! I genuinely love her!

Home away from home :)

My daughter and I stayed in this apartment from January-April. It snowed quite a bit but we never had any issues getting out of the garage or driving down the driveway. We were always cozy and warm inside with a beautiful view of the cute little street! I am a travel nurse and absolutely loved this apartment! It very quickly became my safe haven and home away from home! The owner was always so helpful and quick to respond! The apartment had everything we could need from kitchen utensils and appliances to extra bedding! It was so nice to have our own dedicated washer and dryer as well. Such a stylish cozy unit! Sometimes we would hear our upstairs neighbors but it was never loud and actually made me feel even more at home! Lol :) I would definitely book this apartment again if I travel back to Cleveland!

The owner was very accommodating and kind. She went out of her way to make us complete comfortable. The property was exactly what we needed to feel at home so far away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

We called this space home for 3 months and had a wonderful experience! Simple but just what you need. Excellently stocked kitchen and laundry access is great. Right by Coventry village; walk to get groceries, sushi, bubble tea and more! Or a little farther walk to Little Italy. Cain park is nearby as well as Mayfield cemetery and Forest Hill hiking path. Kendra is a kind and responsive host. The floors are creaky if you're on the first floor but we adapted. Highly recommend!

Loved this stylish and cozy apartment!

I had a fantastic stay at this mid-term rental apartment and had to share how great it was. The place is decorated so beautifullyits clear a lot of thought went into making it super cozy and stylish. It felt like a real sanctuary to come back to after my shifts. The neighborhood was great, too. Very nice neighbors (a doctor lives next door); I felt totally safe the whole time. I loved walking to Coventry Village to visit the library, the record store, the restaurants and just to stroll down this adorable flower-studded street. On top of all that, the host was amazing to work with. Super friendly, super responsive, and really made sure everything went smoothly. If youre looking for a comfy, stylish place in a great area with a great host, this apartment is definitely worth checking out.
