Tenant Review

I stayed here for my nursing contract at Harborview Medical. This is 1 1/5 miles from the hospital which is perfect. I either walked, rode my ebike, or rode the bus.This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The #3 Madrona transit bus is 1 block away and goes directly too and from the hospital and will only cost a couple dollars each way. There is a great family owned bakery 1/2 block away. There is a wonderful family owned restaurant FATS 1 block away. There is a good grocery store 4 blocks away. The apartment was very comfortable, quiet and met my needs. If I did it over I would bring a black sheet to cover the bedroom windows it gets light early and stays light late. The landlord was very helpful and accommodating if there was a problem .
