10/10 Travel nurse approved

I came here alone as a travel nurse and Manny did a phenomenal job making sure I didn't only feel safe but that I was safe. He added locks to the door and changed the codes. He was available to answer all of my questions. The area is actually very sweet and during a HUGE snowstorm the neighbors helped shovel my car out so I could get to work on time. I walked my dog before and after shifts and did laundry across the street.

Great and comfortable rental

I booked a Room at Minas Home for approximately 5 months. The home is clean and bed is comfortable. Parking is on the street, but that was expected. Mina is a great landlord. He replies quickly and problems get addressed quickly.

Stay with Mina

Mina is an amazing landlord, always nice and responsive. Accommodating towards his tenants. Downside: His current tenant in the first floor was very frustrating to live with so please watch out if you're there within the next 10 months, he is messy and he does want things his way and if he doesn't get it his way he uses the community things everyone is supposed to have access to and uses it and claims it as his. Other than that everything was great.

Great host

Manny has been nothing but hospitable throughout my 3 month stay here. He even accommodated simple requests I had like getting a drying rack etc. Would 100% recommend this place for people seeking temporary accommodation.

Best Landlord/Apt Ever!!

Hi all, I stayed at Minas apartment for 2.5 months and it was amazing. He is such a great, easy going person and he did his best to accommodate me at all times. He was always so kind and made sure I had everything I needed. He even bought a desk, chair and mirror for me because I told him I would like to add that to the room. The apartment itself is really new, all renovated, which is great for the price. Also, really important that he makes sure that the roommates align with each other in terms of schedules and everything to make sure that the living situation will be chill among everyone. In short, I have stayed in 2/3 places in NJ and this by far has been the best one. Really wish I would have seen it sooner and would have stayed there the whole 12 months!

AMAZING

I stayed with Mina for more than 2 months and it was FANTASTIC. Overall an amazing person and was so accommodating to all my requests. He not only cares about you as a tenant of his but also as a person. Even went above and beyond to help me in my career and gave me solid advice. Genuinely the best landlord Ive ever had. His place was clean and newly renovated. The place had all the supplies you need. Would definitely stay with him again if I end up in Jersey again.

Comfortable convenient stay

Great stay by Mina at a convenient location. The blackout curtains were a nice touch considering I was doing night shifts. Very responsive host who clarifies any questions or concerns you may have

Tranquil and convenient

This apartment will fit all your needs. Clean, spacious room with comfortable communal living space. A clean laundromat directly across the street and freeway access within a couple of blocks accentuates convenient! As a travel nurse my home away from home is as essential as my job. I felt peaceful and safe in this space. I wish I could have stayed longer. I spent many hours hiking and kayaking in Waeayanda State Park, conveniently less than an hour from here. Locally, there are walking trails within 10-29 minutes at urban parks such as Mills Reservation, Eagle Rock Reservation, and Garret Mountain. The landlord, Manny, is quick to respond when needed and has local resources ready to respond if a problem arises. Residents (3 rooms) are screened and new roommates have been responsible and easy going.

Nothing but a experience!

M, the landlord, was above and beyond helpful and understanding with my last minute move to NJ. He helped me with a great place to stay and much advice on settling in. The house has great room options and includes plenty of space to keep to yourself if needed. On the second story you also have a great porch that overlooks the river and faces west for amazing sunset views!

Highly Recommended: Safe, Clean, And Good Location

The location is fantastic safe and conveniently close to my and many other hospital. The apartment itself was comfortable and clean. It's spacious, well-lit, and equipped with everything I needed, from essential appliances like microwaves and coffee makers to an air fryer. The bathroom is just a step or two away from the bedroom. The kitchen, was not only spacious but also well-equipped for cooking. Plus, theres a heaters in the room for the colder weather and ceiling fans for warmer days. Lightning-fast WiFi that made video calls to home and streaming movies easy. And let's not forget about the owner truly phenomenal. He went above and beyond to cater to my needs, even offered airport transportation without hesitation. The fellow nurses created a supportive and understanding environment, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly the affordability of the place was the cherry on top.
