Unsatisfied

Property is very small and on the 4th floor with no elevator so be aware if traveling with large luggage. WiFi doesn't work efficiently so be advised if you have school work or work from home. I was charged a $200 cleaning fee that wasn't listed in the property fees along with a $150 fee for a damaged wall" that I know for sure wasn't done by me. I also had issues with the tub not draining for days before the issue was resolved. Apartment isn't up to part for the price it is listed for. The only reason I stayed here for a month is because I wouldn't receive any type of refund. My stay wasn't comfortable and as a travel nurse I wouldn't recommend. I'll give the place 2 stars because it was a convenient commute to work at NYP and overall the area did feel safe.
