This is a property we have built in 2020 to use for family when come to visit and have used as a STR which is the intended use. But winter and spring tend to be quieter months and have decided to rent to travelers for use during this time.

Location, Location, Location. Many unique features in this home including fireplace on main and upper levels. Wood floors on main level with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Full size washer and dryer. Extra large bedrooms with desk space in the upper level. Each suite has a comfortable King bed and ensuite with quartz counters with double sinks and walk in closets. This is a free standing 1900 square feet house that is available as a 1 or 2 bedroom rental. If a single traveler or a couple traveling, then the lower ensuite will be locked and inaccessible during your stay. If want or need the extra bedroom, then available for additional fee.
Less than a mile to downtown , very walkable along The riverfront walking trail where you are close to so many attractions, Brennans wave, and Caras park. Many restaurants and pubs and local breweries. Close to the two medical centers and bus stop within 1 block of property.

I am a digital nomad and the Lila is one of my favorite stays. Wonderfully and warmly decorated with absolutely everything needed for a spectacular stay. Super clean, cozy, comfortable, modern, and with so many options on pillows and blankets I cant imagine anyone not feeling pampered. Hosts were very friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions. Loved my stay!
I am a travel nurse and have stayed at many short-term rentals while on assignment. This one has been by far my favorite. The property is new, clean, and is well stocked with anything you might need during your stay. The bed and couch are comfortable. Nice size walk-in closet in master bedroom. There is a fireplace in both the master bedroom and living area. The apartment is located a short distance from downtown, Reserve Street and work; St Patrick's hospital is an easy 5-minute drive. The host are very nice and accommodating; making sure I enjoyed my stay while there. I highly recommend this property if you are traveling for work to the area

My husband and myself moved to Missoula back in 1991 when we came on a Travel assignment! He is a physical therapist and I am a nurse. Way back then, there were no travel positions for nurses (Wow) and after leaving after his 6 month assignment, we returned after 6 months permanently. We still practice in Missoula but LOVE real estate and started buying and renovationg properties in 2000. We (along with another couple) own a few rental houses, and our newest build we do with short term rental and furnished which was so fun to do!
