Safe, quiet and cozy!

I stayed here for 3 months on a medical travel assignment. Very safe and quiet neighborhood, Theo and Erin are very hospitable! There is plenty of privacy. The space is just the right size for a traveler. There is a large closet with plenty of space, and the shower has great water pressure! The kitchen is a nice size. There is no oven but they have stove burners installed and they worked great for my simple meal prepping. The apartment also has an air conditioner /heater unit on the wall and it is fabulous. I was always able to make the apartment a perfect temperature. And it has a washer/ dryer. There is available parking on the street but be prepared to parallel park. At times, I was humbled pretty quickly while trying to parallel park on a curved street haha but I was always able to find a spot. Youre also 5 minutes from the hospital which was great! I felt safe at all times, and I was able to come home after a long work day and peacefully relax in my space.

Great hosts and great place!

The place was great and had plenty of space for my wife and I. It was a very easy and short commute to the providence hospital and Theo was incredibly accommodating for anything we needed during the stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Santa Rosa!
