Lovely Place!

I moved to the area for work, ahead of my family. I found this space and have been happy and comfortable here. Please keep in mind that it's a basement, so it can get humid (there's a dehumidifier) and you'll see some bugs from time to time. It's a basement. It happens. The bedroom area is dark and quiet. The living room gets decent natural light. The bathroom is small, but efficient. The kitchen is the selling point. Full stove plus disposal plus dishwasher! The last selling point is the owner. He is kind, available to help, and respectful of tenant privacy and space. When a sink pipe had a leak shortly after I moved in, he made sure it was taken care of within 48 hours. The neighborhood itself is quiet, full of families, and most of all, very safe. The only small downsides to be aware of: 1) the street isn't zoned for RPP so you won't have a permit to park in nearby zones; and 2) if you want to walk to bars or restaurants, there's not a lot right nearby. Easy 5-star place!
