Home away from home
I was here for 9 months and would absolutely return! The area was quiet and close to essential stores. Eldon was such an amazing landlord and made sure I ,in the completely separate apartment upstairs, and the in house downstairs guest were comfortable. He was great to talk to and quick to respond to any issues which wasn't many during my stay. The apartment was very cozy and spacious for myself. Less than 15mins from Tristar Skyline so great if taking call. I would definitely rent again!

Lovely stay!
My sister and I stayed here for 9 months during my contract and we cannot say enough nice things about the property or landlord. The space itself is perfect. 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and a spacious living area. The laundry room is huge, there's a front and back porch, ample parking and you are only 10 minutes from downtown. I lived about 15 minutes from work which was great for commuting, and if you don't want to travel downtown, there's so many bars/restaurants in East Nashville that are amazing. The neighborhood is safe and the neighbors are all super friendly. Eldon is by far the best landlord we have ever had. He quickly responds to all texts regarding questions or concerns and truly goes out of his way to make sure you feel right at home in his property. We ended up having really great conversations on a regular basis and lots of laughs. He even dropped off food and drinks when we were sick. Just overall a wonderful person in general and a great landlord. Highly recommend and would absolutely come back again!

Amazing Nashville property
This property was great while I was working in the area. I felt safe and the landlord was always helpful. It is super convenient to the grocery store as well as great restaurants/bars. I highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay here - It was near all of the cool East Nashville bars and restaurants, but my favorite part was that I occasionally could see the neighbors horse roaming in the pastures behind the house! It was also walkable to the grocery store which was convenient.
