Safe, very clean, quiet room and house

Quiet and Clean

I stayed in the upstairs one bedroom. It's quiet and spacious. There's blackout curtains (great for someone who works night shift). Area of the house is in a good location close to Buford Highway where there's a lot of restaurants. Owner Janet is very nice. Space is very clean. Would recommend renting here.

Clean, neat, safe and quiet!

Stayed in the downstairs suite with 1BR/1BA/1 Work/hangout room. The whole house is very clean and well kept, with a stocked kitchen with every pan, utensil or baking dish you could ask for. The outside patio is a great place to hang out during the summer, as is the back yard with a nice fountain. The area is very safe and quiet, with nice proximity to grocery stores, international markets and great restaurants along Buford Hwy. Janet is by far the best landlord I've ever had, and it was a true joy being able to live with her for 11 months. She's incredibly welcoming, friendly and really cares about her renters and her property. Could not recommend enough!

Landlord is So Great

I rented an upstairs bedroom at this property and can't say enough great things about Janet. She's very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is big and stocked with every kind of pan, utensil, appliance you could ever want. The living areas are kept clean. Outdoor patio area is nice and she's very accommodating and welcoming overall. Great communication too. Neighborhood seems safe and quiet and was convenient to most things.

Amazing stay for WFH professionals

Had a great time staying at J's place. She is an exceptional landlady - respectful and kind. I had the entire half-basement unit including 1 bed, 1 bath, 1 living + work space. Beautiful, spacious and green lawn in the backyard too. Highly recommend!
