Cute and cozy

The host is wonderful! She respects your privacy but is only a text/phone call away if you need anything. If you bring your vehicle, she has a designated parking spot right in front of the building for you. That is a rare find in Berkeley! If you dont have a vehicle, no problem. The BART station is literally around the corner. Great options for food deliveries. Dont forget to check out Berkeley Bowl. Ask Rosina about anything you would like to do or places to eat and unwind. She definitely has you covered. I felt safe here during my 3 month stay and wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Sunbathed Berkeley Studio Loft in Quiet Neighborhood a Block from BART

This ADU is all brand new and has anything one could want for a comfortable stay. The host put so much thought and care into the comfort of the guest! The entire ADU is new, including the Bosch appliances. The sheets are a comfy high thread count and they are accompanied by plush towels and and a thoughtful welcome gift. The location is perfect!! It's just one block from Ashby BART, which enables you to be in downtown San Francisco in 20 minutes and to take an even shorter trip to downtown Berkeley. For traveling nurses several facilities are within walking distance - UCSF's Berkeley Clinic, Kaiser Berkeley, Alta Bates and Children's Hospital Oakland. There are also many fun restaurants within an easy stroll of the ADU. The host enjoys the company of the residents in the duplex and is welcoming and helpful with local suggestions. The parking spot right in front of the secure gate is very convenient and the sunbathed deck in an enclosed backyard is refreshing outdoor space.

Very comfortable, great location

Very comfortable studio with great high end appliances and everything you need to cook as well as a near-by weekly farmer's market. Dynamic neighborhood with cute cafes and restaurants, very close to the Bart station. I felt very safe behind the locked fence in the owner's backyard. Very friendly and helpful owner with her 2 adult sons as backup- never a problem. As long-time Berkeley residents they have excellent referrals for restaurants, things to do, hiking, etc. I guarantee you'll love staying here.
