1 bedroom 1 bath studio apartment entire downstairs of Bilevel home

Nice apartment but.....

This apartment is nice but when I left she kept 500 deposit because the arm inside the toilet tank broke. She told me cleaning fee was 50 and charged me 200 $ . Told me to park on one side of driveway then complained that she almost hit my car backing out of driveway. So I parked in the street. Also the basement leaks when it rains a lot. I had wet carpet and had to wear shoes to go potty. Go at your own risk!!
