This unit is tucked away on a beautiful cul-de-sac, in a quiet and charming neighborhood. The apartment has it's own private entry, that is well lit. The entry way leads around the side of the home to a beautiful court yard, which takes you downstairs to the entrance. The apartment has great recessed lighting in the kitchen and dining room. It also gets a fair amount of sun in the spring and summer. The floors and modern paint colors make it feel current. If you are home and doing laundry, open the window in the dining room, it will help with humidity. This apartment was just what I needed and quickly felt like home. My landlords became neighbors, sharing delicacies, wine under the gazebo, and even lending me a table and chairs to host a Friendsgiving. The proximity to Washington DC, Annapolis, and Baltimore is unbeatable. PA, Ocean City, and Rehoboth beach are a two and half hour drive away, give or take. If time permitted, I would stay another year. Do not miss out.
