Lovely little home with a great landlord
I stayed here for almost 4 months and had a hard time leaving! The casita has everything you could need and K is super accommodating, friendly, and easy to work with. The entire property is very well cared for and the maintenance team lives nearby if any problems do arise (I only experienced a couple minor issues that were handled expeditiously). The neighborhood is cute and great for walking the dog. There's also lots of good hiking within 15 minutes of a drive. If I ever stay in Prescott again, this will be the place!
