Spacious, Comfortable, and Perfectly Located Stay in Charlotte
I had a truly wonderful stay at this home in Charlotte. The property is beautifully maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged for comfort. Upstairs youll find two large bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom a feature that made the stay incredibly convenient and private. Downstairs has a welcoming flow with the kitchen, dining, and living areas all open and connected, making it a perfect space for meals, conversations, or simply relaxing. The sit-out area was one of my favorite spots, ideal for enjoying a quiet coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening. Parking was never an issue, with space for two cars right on the property. Everything about the home felt clean, fresh, and well cared for. It offered both the comfort of a modern stay and the warmth of a lived-in home, which made it so much more than just a place to sleep. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charlotte.

This is a very cozy place. Kitchen is fully stocked with full size fridge, range and dishwasher. Plenty of pots, pans and dishes. Beautifully furnished and spacious bedrooms and very nice half bath downstairs. Very nice backyard with charcoal grill and patio furniture. Ring security system. Quite neighborhood. Landlords are very responsive and available as needed.

Excellent Place to Stay!
The property owners are very nice people, they will reply to your messages in a timely manner and are very hospitable. The property itself is in a nice area, very close to a lot of authentic Latino and Asian cuisine. Uptown Charlotte is around 20 minutes away during minimal traffic hours and has everything you need for recreation, groceries, or dining within a 10 to 20-minute drive. The neighbors are quiet and nice if you happen to catch them when you're outside. The property itself is spacious, cozy, and soundproof through and through. I recommend it to anyone considering a short term stay in Charlotte!

Safe Quiet Area
Great owners. Very responsive to needs of tenant. Quiet townhouse in a mostly convenient part of town if you don't mind a little drive.
