Outstanding Rental
We had a fabulous stay at this house. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a very nice neighborhood. Grocery shopping at Publix, Walmart and Aldi is a short drive away. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. Everything is tidy and well maintained and the amenities are a step up from what I expected in a rental. Most were a step up from what we have at our own home. The entrance to one of the Marjorie Harris Carr Cross Florida Greenway paved trails is directly across the street from the house, which provided a safe and enjoyable place to walk and bicycle. The Santos Trailhead, located just four miles away, has a beautiful, 16- mile paved trail. Finally, the owner/host, Ben, was exceptionally responsive and attentive to our needs. Texts and emails are answered immediately. When we inquired about a toaster oven, he offered to order one from Amazon and have it sent to the house. You could not hope for a more thoughtful or nicer host.
