We stayed at the Mesa studio loft for 2 months, and it was absolutely perfect! It is very large for a studio, doesn't feel like one at all really, and has a ton of storage. The whole apartment has been beautifully remodeled, includes all the amenities needed, and the king bed is SO comfortable. There was even ample work space for both my boyfriend and I to spread out and get work done as both work from home. The location is incredible, walkable to the grocery store, several restaurants, and the beach! It's also super central for needing to drive anywhere in the SB area. Steph was an excellent host and landlord, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. I highly recommend this studio!
I recently stayed here while working a 90 day contract at a nearby surgery center. S is a fantastic host that genuinely cares about providing the best in hospitality. This is not your typical "studio" loft. It's very spacious yet manages to maintain a warm and cozy feel with its gorgeous fireplace and super comfy bed. The closets are huge! I barely used half the space and i'm one of those nurse travelers that packs her house in her car! I also loved sitting on the balcony with a nice glass of wine to relax after a full day of surgeries. and its proximity to the beach AND cafes! cannot be beat! I will definitely stay here again if I come back. Enjoy!
