the heating in the unit is inadequate & has left the unit cold during these cold winter days, some of which dropped into the single digits. additionally, the hot water only lasts less than 10 minutes, leaving me to take cold showers daily. I tried to address the issues with the LL, but his half attempted to resolve the heat issue, including 1 box of plastic wrap to insulate the windows, which was hardly enough. there was never any follow-up about getting anything else done. in fact, he stopped taking my calls & would only send unavailable texts and did not acknowledge the follow-up email sent. I kindly asked that the issues be resolved or I be let out of the lease and refunded, and neither happened. ppl like this give this business a bad name. I hope that FF will help resolve this issue and help me to gain my funds back.
