Checked all the boxes we needed!

After the rental mishap during our first month of relocating to Lubbock, we're very happy and grateful we found Michael's place. We needed something affordable (selling our CA home), but we also don't want to be cramped in a box. His home had the right amount of space for my husband and I. The bathroom had enough space for our toiletries and extras, delightfully surprised. The kitchen was efficient, I cooked everyday! I appreciated the full size washer&dryer. We enjoyed quiet evenings and downtime after work, just keeping up to date with our favorite streaming shows. Everything was close to this location that it's very convenient for grocery shopping, occasional dinner outs, fast food cravings, and Sunday service. Michael was approachable and responsive to every issue we had, very minimal though (internet outage, puppies next door escaping into the backyard, lol). Pretty much he lets us be, and respects our privacy. Thank you Michael for accommodating us!
