Excellent

This is a great little apartment and very conveniently located. I appreciated being able to bring my dog with me without excessive extra costs. The building is full of travelers and is generally quiet. The property manager Grace was very responsive and helpful with any issues I had and was proactive about fixing the furnace and getting the Internet router replaced before I realized there were problems. I appreciated the keyless entry for the building and the apartment itself. It was easy to coordinate with dog walkers and dog sitters. Laundry in the building was also very convenient, along with the grocery store directly across the street. Thanks so much for a great stay! I really liked this apartment and have recommended it to a few other travelers.

Great place

I rented a 1 bedroom apartment on this property and my experience was amazing. The property is well kept. It's quiet and very close to anything and everything that you need. The landlords and property manager are always available should you need anything and are quick to respond. A-1 service. I'm a travel nurse and if you're ever in Iowa City to work, this is top notch the best place to stay. If I ever return for a contract at University of Iowa, I will definitely try to stay on this property again

Great fully furnished two bedroom apartment

I highly recommend staying in this location with this detail-oriented, short-term rental team. I had a very well equipped furnished apartment. The neighborhood is very safe and there is a great grocery store right across the street. I ended up staying for a year as my contract kept extending. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice unit, quiet area, very close to hospital

I stayed in a two bedroom unit during my travel contract at the local hospital. The unit had all of the amenities and necessities that are needed for daily function. The landlord were very responsive and they take care of the building very well. The building is on the bus line which can quickly get you to the hospital if you do not want to drive however it is only a seven minute drive if you must. There is a shopping center directly across the street that you can walk to in a park very close by. Centrally located with the mall being about a six minute drive away and several shopping strips. It was a great day and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Great apartment!

I stayed here for 2 months during my travel assignment, and it was a great stay! I had everything I needed, the location is great, the landlords are awesome and very responsive, the unit was very clean, and the building is quiet. This apartment building is very traveler friendly, many of my neighbors were also travel nurses which was great too. I had no problems during my stay whatsoever. If I am ever back in the area, I will definitely stay here or any unit that the landlords own in the future! 10/10 recommend :)

Review

I highly recommend staying here. I travel for my job and this was the best place Ive stayed hands down. The owner is very kind and responsive. The water heater went down and they had it replaced in less then 24 hours, same with the refrigerator. I would return and stay here in a heart beat. Very well ran!

Unprofessional and disrespectful

I moved out on the 11th of February due to family emergency. I asked the owner about security deposit they did not want to give me back the deposit They finally agreed to give deposit back 2 weeks later. Than just 3 days ago I woke up to a threatening message. I called and received no answer. The message is below. (it looks like you reverse the rent payment for February even though you said you would pay for the full month's rent and we agreed to return your full security deposit even though per your lease, we did not have to do that. I wanted to make sure that you intentionally reversed that payment. (I want you to know that if this was intentionally, we will send your information to a collection agency for the the amount of the full term of your lease which is for the amount you reversed in Feb and full rent in March, April and May for a total of $5921. This will also significantly affected your credit score. Please let us know how you'd like us to proceed.

Amazing place and land lords

I loved living there. The landlords were so amazing and really made the place a home away from home. So accommodating and really thinking about the healthcare traveler. I cannot say enough good things about them, very easy to communicate with and talk to. The apartment itself was perfect too. It got a little noisy sometimes as a night shifter but nothing crazy. Its so close to the university hospital and I loved being able to just walk across the street for groceries. Would 100% recommend and go back again if I am back in the area. Also was only a short 8 week stay but I loved it. It wont let me back time it but I stayed Jan 2nd, 2024 to March 30th, 2024. I think I was one of the first travelers they rented too and I can imagine the place has only gotten better.

Amazing

This was my first travel contract, and the stay was exceptional. From amenities to reassurance Banh Homes made me feel welcome. I was here February through November, and will be continuing my contract in their 2 bedroom. I just want to thank them so much for their seamless process, and the way they continuously care for their tenants. Highly, highly recommend
