Fantastic Location!!
We were looking for a house to rent in Raleigh to be near our daughter when she had her first baby. We got so lucky finding Jason's house. It was exactly what we needed since both my wife and I still work. We set up offices in two of the bedrooms and had the rest of the beautiful house to live in. The house is on a quiet dead end street with very nice neighbors. Easy walking distance to downtown, restaurants, coffee shops, museums, parks, and wonderful walking trails. We cannot wait to rent this house again. Jason was fantastic landlord. He checked in on us and took care of all the yard work. We highly recommend working with Jason and renting this house!!
Best location to see Raleigh
Jasons place was 10/10! We stayed here for 4 months with our dog and it was perfect. The house is on a quiet side street with friendly neighbors and nearby all the fun restaurants, bars and events downtown. Definitely recommend renting this place if you are new (or returning) to the area!
Definitely a Downtown Delight!
We rented this property for three months after relocating to Raleigh in March of 2024. Jason was very responsive prior to our move answering questions we had and communicating about price and amenities. The property was exactly what we needed. We have two young children so we spent a lot of time in the fenced in backyard and riding bikes up and down the quiet, dead end street. We used the grill quite a bit and really appreciated the full size washer and dryer for doing all the laundry that comes with a family of four. The location is fantastic, especially for a family with children. It is walking distance to great restaurants downtown, Moore Square, Marbles Kids Museum, John Chavis Park, and Transfer Food Hall. Jason was great throughout our stay. He came regularly to mow the lawn and tend to the outside spaces, always giving us a heads up and trying to accommodate us by coming when it was most convenient for us. He was responsive via text and available quickly when small maintenance was necessary (eg. clogged drain). We had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Raleigh for a visit or for a more extended stay!
