It is the PERFECT PLACE because it is spacious, super clean, safe, quiet and extremely reasonable with Large rooms including glassed in patio with views of ancient live oaks full of birds and squirrels . The patio is so inviting with lots of chairs and tables. Great place for relaxing and watching the squirrels scurry around the oak trees. The dinning room is spacious with a full antique dinning room set with 6 chairs. The living area has a sofa bed with a large TV, china cabinets filled with antiques for viewing and dishes for using.
