Sonoma Sanctuary

Loved the vintage charm of this place! Kelly has put her heart and soul into this very special property- from the dishes to the unique and thoughtful decor. Kelly has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Kelly's private large 1 bedroom apartment is conveniently located in walking distance to three grocery stores, Sonoma's famous plaza (restaurants and wineries galore), and to hot yoga/Pilates. She even has a beach cruiser that she welcomes her guests to use. The pet-friendly policy was a blessing. Kelly went above and beyond even occasionally checking in my pup and became a dear friend to us both making our stay a delightful experience. She has amazing pet sitting connections and my pup was treated like the queen she insists she is (smile). There are many great neighborhood places to walk your furry friend within 25 yards of the apartment. The space is fantastic for smaller pups and offers a small patio and doggy door. Kelly has two small pups that are adorable and have a separate outdoor space. Many times we opened the shared fence gate so that my pup could visit her courtyard. The three dogs definitely tolerated each other, mine isn't very sociable with other dogs but they maintained mutual respect for each other. Communication was seamless! Kelly was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. I often teleworked and was very grateful for the exceptionally strong and reliable wifi. The private parking spot along side of the apartment was very helpful. Also it was great to have access to a separate laundry room. As my 9 months stay here is coming to an end, I consider Kelly a dear friend and will miss being her neighbor. Thankfully, we are committed to staying in touch :)
