Spacious condo in vibrant Pearl District

Superb location and community

We were so lucky to have G host my wife and I during a contract in Portland. The unit had everything we needed within walking distance, including the climbing gym and grocery. Also, there's great little shops in pretty much every direction for any possible need. This spot is great if you are working at OHSU as the trolley stop is literally right in front of the building. If you are unfamiliar with Portland and have read about the ongoing homelessness issues prior to coming here, don't fret. The building is very safe with secured parking and restricted access to the building. We never felt uncomfortable or at risk and the neighborhood has security that constantly patrols the area. The building was very peaceful with many incredibly friendly residents. G is a great host and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. He was always available and easy to reach in case we had any questions or issues, luckily of which we had non. I would stay here again 100%.
