Pretty Good
I stayed for 3 months over the summer. The unit is pretty nice, and contains all the things you need. The owners are good about maintenance from my experience. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Nothing to complain about, its solid unit.

Comfortable and Convenient
A nice place to stay. Furnished with all the amenities you could want, especially the kitchen. First floor unit is comfortable and nice for one person or two. Landlord takes care of plowing.

Welcoming and Relaxing
The residential neighborhood this property is in is quiet, safe and almost suburban. Early morning or late-night exercising is safe and with soon familiar faces. There is shopping nearby and plenty of options for after-work relaxing. The room is cozy and oddly angled, but cool in summer and warm in winter. The landlord is pleasant, attentive and easy to communicate with and both the room and the apartment are well furnished and very comfortable, with everything a traveler needs. I enjoyed my time here and will definitely look for their listings first if my work sends me back to the MA/NH border.
