Wonderful Vibe and Great Location
We enjoyed our seven month stay at Casa de Llama. It's location provided ample opportunities to hike the Austin Hike and Bike trail, enjoy South Congress venues, and explore downtown all within a reasonable walking range. The apartment was clean, comfortable, included all necessary amenities, and overlooked the pool. The pool was an excellent place to spend sunny Austin days. Lorraine was always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any inquiries and address any issues. I can't stress this enough. As an example, the HVAC unit went out suddenly. She had a technician out within hours with a temp repair, gave us use of a portable AC, and had a new HVAC unit put in within days. Having dealt with trying to get rapid HVAC service in Texas for my own places in the past, it is no small feat to get this done that rapidly. All of this while making sure we were still comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
