Great place to stay!
I had a great experience renting this room. The house was beautiful, clean, and well-kept, and the room itself was very nice and private which made it easy to relax and feel at home. Gabie was kind, responsive, and very easy to work with throughout my stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and positive living experience and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Beautiful and safe stay
I rented this room from Gabie since I had a summer internship in SB. This stay was everything I could ask for! I felt very safe in the neighborhood, I had lots of space in my room and even had my own bathroom! My room was quiet and very private which I personally need in a living environment. The house itself is very beautiful and organized, I was also very happy there is a washing and drying machine! Gabie was very welcoming and accommodating to any needs I had and always answered any questions I had about SB. There is a nice bike route near the house and goes to the beach which is also safe to bike and run on! The house is also a short drive to downtown and the pier. 10/10

Santa Barbara stay
The stay exceeded my expectations in every way. I immediately felt at home thanks to Gabie for warmth and attentiveness . I also appreciated how quiet the area was and the neighbors are so nice and friendly. The place was so close to everything like downtown and beaches. It was the perfect balance of convenience and comfort. I am looking forward to staying here again!

Clean, quiet room in beautiful neighborhood
Thank you Gabie for renting your room. My daughter as a SBCC student needed to find housing for a month before she could move into her apartment in Isla Vista. She had no complaints and all went smoothly. The room was clean, spacious, home seemed quiet and in a beautiful, safe neighborhood . Thanks again!

Peaceful Santa Barbara Home
Gabie is very kind, accommodating, and responds promptly. The room and shared spaces are very clean. She even offered a cleaning service during my 3-month stay. Quiet environment was great for my night shift schedule. Neighborhood is very nice and safe. Very close to SBCH. 10/10
