Comfortable Stay

As a travel nurse, I recently rented a room from "C" and had an overall positive experience. The property is well-maintained, with clean common areas and attractive landscaping. The room itself is comfortable and well-furnished, meeting all of my needs. "C" is responsive and professional, addressing requests promptly. The temperature was a little cool for my comfort, but this is a personal preference that I was able to remedy with a small heater in my room. The location is a significant highlight, with convenient access to the freeway, grocery stores, and local restaurants. Due to multiple family vehicles, on-street parking was unavailable in front of the home but readily available across the street. I would recommend this property to those looking for a comfortable short-term rental.

Welcoming Home Away from Home in San Jose

I recently spent five months in San Jose, CA, for an internship, having come from Colorado. During this time, I was warmly welcomed into C's family home. C is incredibly kind, and she made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The space was perfect for my needs, and I was very comfortable throughout my stay. The family-oriented atmosphere truly made a difference, as it felt like I was part of the family. I felt very lucky to have found such a wonderful property in a fantastic part of town. The house is centrally located, making it easy to get to everything I needed. I particularly enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and exploring the nearby Asian markets. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in San Jose.
