Exactly What I Needde for PA Rotations

I stayed here for about 3 months while completing several PA rotations in the area, and it was exactly what I needed. The location was central, the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, and the casita gave me the privacy of having my own space while still feeling supported. The landlord was thoughtful, welcoming, and very responsive. She made everything easy, including laundry access, and was always clear about expectations from the start so there were never any surprises. Her attention to detail made my stay smooth and comfortable. What made this place especially special was having the best of both worlds. I could fully enjoy my private space, but when I wanted connection, she was there. Over time she felt like a big sister. I would absolutely recommend this casita to another student or solo female traveler. If I’m offered a job in the area after finishing PA school, I would definitely consider staying here again. The Perfect Stay!

This casita was everything I needed and more. I planned to stay until the end of June but had a schedule change, and the landlord was incredibly flexible and supportive with the transition-no stress, just kindness. Communication was seamless. The landlord wasnt just responsive, she was genuinely thoughtful. She took time to check in on me, offered company, and truly cared about my time here. It felt like having an older sister always looking out for me but respecting my space. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful. I never felt unsafe, it was comforting to have security features like cameras, alarm system, and motion notifs that added another layer of protection. The casita itself was exactly as described very clean, modern, and had a fresh, new feel. Laundry access was always available and convenient to my schedule. This was more than just a place to stay-. I highly recommend this listing to any female traveler, especially those looking for a secure and warm home base.

Perfect one for all the Med students and Nursing Students out there

The listing is totally accurate, even BETTER in person! Stayed here for 6 weeks during my Family medicine rotation & USMLE STEP 2 prep, perfect spot! Safe, peaceful neighborhood, and the casita itself is luxury! The landlord was SO patient, literally taught me how to do laundry (because yeah, I had no clue) and gave me amazing local tips. She was extremely sweet and use to checked in on my rotations and Step prep, always made me feel at home, and was more like a friend than just a landlord. I also stayed here during the recent high winds and fire incidents (Palisade Jan 2025) and experienced several days of power outages due to public safety shutoffs. It was slightly inconvenient, so I'd suggest getting a backup system. But overall, as a foreign med student figuring things out in the States, staying here made my life so much easier. HIGHLY recommend!

Cozy Casita with perfect location

Location is peaceful & safe in a neighborhood. Female-only household, the alarm system & Alexa for motion alerts made me feel secure. The neighbors looked out for each other, adding to the sense of safety. The casita is thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes & luxury details. There's no in-suite laundry, but coordinating to use the main house laundry was never a hassle. While there's no desk space, the layout worked perfectly for someone like me, who works onsite, who mostly uses a laptop, providing a cozy space to unwind after long shifts. The landlord was warm, respectful of my privacy, yet always made me feel included. From inviting me to outings or checking in, her kindness made a huge difference. She was always available, not just as a landlord but as a friend, creating a welcoming environment. This was one of the most comfortable places I've stayed as a traveling nurse. Highly recommended for any female looking.
