Wonderful 5-month stay, highly recommend!
I rented A's Furnished Finder listing for two months while relocating, and it was so great that I extended my stay to five months. There's a lot to love about A's home, but here are some standouts: *SUPER SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD* As a woman, I was happy to be able to let my guard down since it's a neighborhood with virtually zero crime. Marshall Park neighborhood is green and leafy and has friendly neighbors, a true gem in Portland. *BEAUTIFUL AND PEACEFUL HOME* A's house is beautifully updated and clean, and has a view into the wilderness behind her house. Every morning in the spring and summer months I heard birds singing outside, and in the winter the large windows showcase Oregon's dramatic weather changes. *TOP-NOTCH PARK AND HIKING TRAILS* The setting of her home is spectacular, as there's a deep ravine out back with a year-round creek, tall trees and hiking trails. I can wholeheartedly recommend A as a host and her home as a sanctuary for a nice stay in Portland!
