Extended Stay in a Beautiful Brand New Home

The room is spacious and sunny. Asia, and her kids are very friendly. I have had a great experience with this house and the host. You will be provided with all necessities that you will need from bath towels to kitchen utensils. In addition, the house always has a good smell and clean.

I stayed in the downstairs bedroom. Perfect host, very hospitable, perfect location. Nice new house in a new subdivision. I could get to work in minutes. Great deal for the space, private bathroom. Would stay here again if available.

I spent several weeks living at Asias home. She rented me the primary bedroom with a large bathroom and a large walk in closet.the house is newly built, the space is clean and well maintained and Asia and her family were so welcoming and accommodating to my needs. Asia even had a small refrigerator inside my bedroom for me to store my extra stuff and snack items. There was another small refrigerator on the loft outside my bedroom which she lets me use all by myself and yet I still had my own cupboard space and refrigerator space in the main kitchen. Asia and her family were like family to me and even her cute little dog Luna became my friend! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with these people and I highly recommend this place.

I had a great experience at this home. It was clean at all times. The master bedroom and bathroom were large and comfortable. Everyone living here was respectful and I had no issues. The landlord was welcoming and accommodating. I had my dog with me for a few weeks and we were able to introduce our dogs, but also keep them away from each other when necessary. The landlord and her kids would happily let my dog out during the day when I wasn't there. Great people to live with in a safe and clean environment. If I ever go back to greenville, I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home and room, comfortable bed, and A provided everything for me that I needed! She welcomed me into her home and I enjoyed a comfortable stay, had amazing times just talking with her and playing with her dog Luna! I was lucky to find a great and safe environment while im working so far from my home! It did not matter if I was working day or night I was able to get good sleep, noises didnt travel if I was trying to nap during the day Home is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, and everything was a quick 5-10 min drive to Greenville downtown area! Loved my time there and would go back if I get another contract down here!

The house is newly constructed. Very large house and has plenty of space. The landlord is so sweet and if there is anything you need she will be on it right away. If I ever go back to Greenville ill make sure to stay there again!

There are so many good things to say about this property: The Landlady is wonderful, very attentive and responsive to requests/concerns. The house is new, the location is amazing, plenty of space, feels very safe, modern interior style, comfortable temperature. It was great for a third shift member like myself. I never had issues with noise, and the Landlady was willing to buy more curtains if it was too bright. The house is 5 minutes from ECU Health with a nice route to and from for easy travel. On site parking offered (driveway/street/garage) and accessible. Anyway, excellent place to stay at a fair price!
