The property has a separate entrance behind the house. It is a finished basement with natural lighting from the glass doors and bedroom window. There is a motion detector and heavy duty cafe lighting outside.
The property is located in a quiet walkable (but somewhat hilly!) neighborhood, containing the Asheville Municipal Golf Course. Close to grocery stores, the Blue Ridge Parkway, WNC Nature Center, JB Lewis Soccer Fields, and Highland Brewing Company, which has an 18 basket disc golf course.
NOTHING BUT GREAT THINGS TO SAY
There are so many great things to say about this very nice apartment, landlord and family "ALL FIVE STARS!!!" I had the pleasure of renting this apartment from July 20th of 2024- April 18, 2025; As a contract employee at one of the local hospitals. I even went through Helene there. THIS FAMILY ALWAYS MADE SURE THAT I WAS TAKEN CARE OF. Angela was very easy to work with, all I needed was to ask! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS LANDLORD! (I'm trying not to write a page). So If you want someone who is thoughtful, reasonable, and easy to work with, I highly recommend this Landlord!
