New Guest House in most desirable area of Charlotte near uptown and hospitals

Lovely place and people

I lived here for around five months and absolutely loved it. Jane and her husband are great landlords - very quick to respond and address anything you need. The house itself is the perfect size for one person. There's plenty of storage, all the appliances are brand new, and the water pressure in the sinks/shower is amazing. The two stories make it feel spacious and it's easy to entertain guests here, too. The only downside for me personally was the washer/dryer is combined and dries with steam... which is wet. Maybe I just never figured it out well, but my clothes were always still a little damp and incredibly wrinkled. Not the biggest deal; I'd just hang them up to airdry the rest of the way. The neighborhood is the perfect location (12 min from CMC Main) and very safe. There's even a paved walking trail through it. It's very quiet and peaceful. Overall an easy 5 star review! I cannot recommend both this property and Jane as a landlord enough.

Great location

This property is a great location, easy to get around from here. Close to Levine children's hospital and close to South Park so tons of food options and groceries near by. Beautiful property and quite neighborhood. Perfect porch to sip tea on while watching the rabbits, deer and cardinals in the yard. J was a great host, helpful and great with communication. I would definitely stay here again!
